These rules and regulations (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on each participant (“Donor” and/or “You”) for the worldwide territory (“Territory”) who voluntarily desire to make monetary donations towards various Non-Governmental Organisations (hereinafter collectively referred to as “NGO(s)”) featured on the work being such NGOs and desires to assist the NGO’s by endeavouring to mobilize and assist in the collection of voluntary funds and out of free will monetary donations, both in Indian national rupee (“INR”) and/or any foreign currency (hereinafter referred to as “Donations”) made by Donors (“Campaign”) .

Any information gathered through this Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference and available at Green Way Association If you do not agree to be bound or cannot comply with any of the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, please do not continue with the Donation towards this. Your act of making the Donation shall be deemed as your unconditional agreement and acceptance to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Principle Rules

The Donations towards the name of the particular NGOs featured: -

Green Way Association is registered under the Indian Trust Registration Act, 1882, in the country capital city of Delhi and the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 1976.

This is only Social Service Organization attach with UN & its different Deptt. on the topic of Public Grievances & Awareness since 2017.

You are entitled to a tax Benefit (Tax Exemption applicable for Indian Citizens only) of: 50% or decided by Govt of India Rules (sec 10AB) for a contribution above Rs. 25,000/-

PLEASE NOTE: The information provided by you is strictly confidential. It will not be shared with any other organization.

No donation can refund it may from India or outside India & if donors wanted to participate directly on social services where his/her/their donation utilise, we have no complain on that his/her/theirs but have to go rural area of India where our programme continuing.

No claim or legal action after donation by any body, individual or corporate/CSR funds.

Eligibility:

You are eligible to make a Donation towards the Green Way Association, subject to these Terms and Conditions if(i)You have attained the age of majority i.e. eighteen (18) years, and (ii) You are a company/proprietorship or any other entity duly registered/incorporated under the laws of India or if you are residing in India or if you are a foreign citizen /national residing in India or a foreign national residing outside India.

For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions , “Indian Nationality Donors” shall mean and include Indian citizens residing in India and other entities and bodies incorporated/registered/set-up in India and “Foreign Nationality Donors” shall mean and include Foreign citizens residing outside India , foreign corporations and other registered bodies, Indian subsidiaries of foreign entities and non-resident Indians residing outside India at the time of Donation towards the organization (“NRIs”).For avoidance of doubt Indian Nationality Donors and Foreign Nationality Donors shall hereinafter be collectively be referred to as "Donors"

Payments towards Donation

For the purpose of collecting Donations in INR, the NGO(s) shall each have separate bank accounts and digital platforms in each of their respective names for the limited purposes of collecting all the donations towards the Green Way Association.

Payments By Indian

DD/Cheque/online/direct deposit under our banks with sending deposit slip or screen short over email of organization & hard copy there after purpose to conform on donation received or not.

Payments By NRI

Use digital platform or send directly to our FCRA Bank, State Bank Of India, A/c No- , IFSC CODE , SWIFT - , MICR
